Hypertension/Diabetes Clinic

The pupose of the Hypertension/Diabetes Clinis is of offer detection, referral, monitoring, followup, treatment and patient education in regards to some of the chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia.

Blood pressure monitoring
Blood pressure treatment
Blood work-fasting ( annually and semi-annually)
Hearing screening
