Position open to current and former State employees and all others who meet the qualifications.

Pay Grade: 9 District Entry/Hiring Salary: $24,034.80/year

Maximum Hiring Salary: $27,399.60/year

Salary based on experience

LOCATION: Dooly County Health Department

204 West Union Street, Vienna, Georgia 31092

DUTIES: Under direct supervision, implements comprehensive plans of care, provides treatment and administers medications/vaccines. Provides health care related services to diverse population. Assists with ordering supplies and medications as noted in State guidelines for utilization of a LPN. Maintains a safe and adequate work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: A current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Georgia.
