Full-Time Unclassified Position

Position open to current and former State employees and all others who meet the qualifications.
Paygrade: 14 District Entry/Hiring Salary: $35,396.16/year
Maximum Hiring Salary: $40,351.68/year
Salary based on experience and degree

LOCATION: Harris County Health Department

DUTIES: Performs comprehensive assessments of client’s healthcare needs. Develops comprehensive plans of care. Provides treatment, administers medications/vaccines. Provides healthcare related services to diverse population. Maintains a safe and adequate work environment. Screens and refers appropriately, monitors follow-up for urgent referrals, and provides guidance to LPNs as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: A current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Georgia.

PREFERRED: Two (2) years experience as a Registered Nurse.
